TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS:
Pendant bench capacity depends on the grain size and ore separation property.
Main chassis, sheet and the body there above are made of iron profiles. Profile was covered by plywood. Thus, strength of the main body against water has been increased. Upper surface of the profile is coated by linoleum. Surface of the linoleum is covered by PVC lama profile bars. Heights of the bars are selected according to the size of grains. Original SKF bearing, various felt are used in the benches and they don’t require maintenance for long time Each 3 sections of the benches have collection channel for 3 different products. Furthermore, mobile channels could be adjusted for second time.
BENCH ADJUSTMENTS
Bench stoke is 15-25 mm and frequency thereof could be adjusted. Low speed is required for large size and high speed is required for fine size. Bench slope adjustment could be adjusted by screw adjustment mechanisms from both diagonals. Therefore, the ore is ensured to go upward, clean concentration and easy waste output. Clean water feed is ensured to be distributed normally to the surface by adjustment clips.
Triple Shaking Table enriches the concentrated ore (mixed with stone and mud) coming out of micronized screen ,rod mill or third part of jigging machine .Shaking table can move to two sides and table is shaken horizontally. Shaking table is a system that concentrated ore is poured over the table and moves through sticks and lightweight materials are thrown away by water. Any chemicals are not used during enrichment process. Shaking table separates ore from mud and spalls through gravity weight. One unit of triple shaking table occupies smaller space than three units of multiple shaking tables. Active parts are covered by casings against touches.
