Jigging machine separates 0-15 mm ore from mud and stone through the principle of specific gravities of materials.
Our machine can separate concentrated ore to 0-5 mm. 5-15 mm ore remaining on the screen is enriched through exit of lumpy ore.
Jigging machine is used only for separating concentrated ore. Any chemical material is not used while the machine is working. There is not any limitation for section number of jigging machine. Feeding capacity of 3 sectioned jigging machines is 10-12 tons/hour. Active parts are covered by casings against touches. Standard color of machine is turquoise blue and we can change colors according to customer demand.
